Stephanie Child is completing an NIA/NIH training grant at the University of California, Berkeley and is an affiliated researcher at the NURTURE Center, where she is interested in the role of social networks and social support on hypertension and related cardiovascular outcomes. Prior to joining the NURTURE Center, she completed her PhD in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior at the University of South Carolina, and a postdoc at the UC Berkeley Population Center.
